Refreshing Report Builder 4.7 Segments

My company has not enabled the ability to upgrade report builder to 5.0, so even if I download it it won't load in excel.  

I am trying to refresh the segment list in Report Builder 4.7 to show newly created segments from Site Cat.  I have logged out and logged back in to both report builder and site cat.  How do I see my new segments in Report Builder?  There is no "refresh" in 4.7.

Hi Shannon,

You will need the latest version of ReportBuilder to see newly created segments. I'm facing the same issue currently...
