Referral Traffic?

When a unique visitor enters via a referring domain, are all additional pages visited during that session considered typed/bookmarked traffic or referral traffic?

Also - am I reading this correctly?

It looks like 68% of our Page Views are coming from 37% of our Unique Visitors (Typed/Bookmarked).

17% of our Page Views are from 24% of Unique Visitors (Google)

10% of our Page Views are coming from 27% of our UV's (Facebook)

Hi,

Seems like you are looking at the 'Original Referring Domain report'.

From Adobe documentation: Original Referring Domain - Customers can visit your site multiple times and have a different referrer for each visit. The original referring domain is the referring domain customers used the first time they arrived at your site.

Comparing Referring Domain and Original Referring Domain reports don't yield accurate results.
A user's original referring domain doesn't always match the more recent referring domain that contributed to a success event.
For example:
A visitor comes to your site through google.com, browses your products, then leaves. That same person comes back several days later via msn.com and makes a purchase.
The Referring Domains report would attribute an order to msn.com while the Original Referring Domains report would attribute an order to google.com.

Are you seeing a similar trend for your Referring Domains report as well?
