Receiving unexpected error message when trying to add new advertiser account to Adobe Analytics

I am in the process of linking two Google ad accounts to Adobe Analytics for reporting use. I was able to successfully link 1 Google account, but when I go to link our second Google account I am being met with error messages (error code: c3ad4ac5-fe78-4062-bc1b-9ec6630eee69). I've made sure to use a different authentication email for each account and that I am not authorizing the OAuth token at the MCC level (I tried to use each account's individual account number). Why am I still receiving error messages?
