Real time reports in Virtual Report Suite?

Question

Hello,

Seems like Real Time reports are not applicable to VRS (as VRS are not showing in the report suite drop down menu).

Our web site have different individual country sites, but there is only 1 report suite and individual countries are leveraging VRS, would like to see if there's other way or work-around to have individual countries to see real time report? We tried to give access to individual country to use the master/global report suite, but then the data in the real time report are all countries combined...

Sadly real time reporting is an Adobe weakness.

The closest you could try is create a custom report and depending on metric see how close to real time it will be. Include current Data needs to be selected.

In most cases looking around a 10 to 40 mins delay, so users could refresh every few mins to see if they get enough info.

Hey @john_man - If you require real-time or “Current Data” reporting for individual segments (e.g. brands, business units, etc.) of your data, you should consider continuing with individual report suites as Virtual Report Suites do not have that.
