[question]Total number of referrer unique visitor

Hello

I would like to know how to count unique visitors number of referrer type report.

I think if userA would come to our site from like as following,

2015/3/1 from link in webmail
2015/3/2 from search site
2015/3/3 from bookmark

Then referrer type report will be like this.

Total            1

Typed/Bookmarked    1
Search Engines        1
Other Web Sites        1

If my thinking is correct, I cannot understand these values on this report.

Segment---------------------------------
HIT container
page contains "AAAA"
----------------------------------------

Total(A)        600

Typed/Bookmarked    100
Search Engines        100
Other Web Sites        100
Social Networks        100
Hard Drive        100

Total value of each referrer type(B)    500

This values are sample, but I cannot understand the reason that total numbers(B) is smaller than total value(A) on the report.
How does Site Catalyst count the unique visitor number on this report?

The Total in R&A interface counts the "Inside your site" as well. This line item is only available in Data Warehouse. You can try to schedule a file and compare the numbers.

You can read more about it in the Referrer Type Report Document.
