Processing rules, can actions be referenced by subsequent conditions

If I create a processing rule like so:

Can I reference the outcome of an action within the conditions of a subsequent action in the same rule, like in the example? Or do I need to build a second rule?

I think using outcome in same rule is not a good practice, its complicates the logic. Go for second rule.
