Problem with custom segment

Hello!

I did my own segment but have some issues with how it is working. My goal - count how many conversions I have by people who firstly visited 'site A' and only then came to 'site B' and filled a form. How I got idea that something is wrong:  I have seen that by adding 1 day I would get more conversions in the past but it doesn't make sense. I want to connect visitting 'site A' with going to 'site B' and making conversion.

My segment:

Visitor:

Server = 'site A '

- AND -

Hit Depth = 1

- THEN -

LOGIC GROUP

Server = 'site B'

- AND -

conversion.

Question: could someone please explain what's wrong with it?

Few questions:

Are you tracking both sites in same report suite?

Can you share screenshot supporting your question? It will help us understand it better.
