Premium eVars issue in Adobe Analytics

Hi Experts,

I'm not able to select premium eVars more than 100. (refer screenshot attached)

Please note that:

  • I do have 'Super Admin' access to whole Adobe Experiece cloud.
  • We do hold premium account in Adobe Experience cloud.
  • Is it related to recent AA updates causing the issue ?

Okay. That is strange. Probably best to open a ticket so Customer Care can dig into your specific login company etc.

The number of allowed variables (eVars) is based on contract. Product updated should not have an affect, but any change to contract would play a role.

You can check your current access level within the Admin Console > View Feature Access Level. Then work with your account team to make any needed changes.

I've verified it and I could notice eVars count is 250. (refer screenshot below)
