Power BI credentials expire every 2 week

We have set up PBI to connect to AA. After publishing a report to the PBI Service, the report runs fine for a couple of weeks and then the credentials expire and the reports fail. 

Updating the credentials fixes it for another 2 weeks.

 

Does anyone know what I need to do to keep them from expiring?

Hi @dk14 -- assuming the person whose credentials are being used to log in is not changing every two weeks, you may need to update PowerBI (there are older versions that still use the old Adobe Analytics auth connection which expires quickly) and maybe try the 2.0 connector.

I can't use the 2.0 connector as I have the issue where I can't pull the year through. So I have to use the earlier connector.
