Pixel Code sending data even though rule is not firing

Hi team,

Recently we got requirement like pixel code no need's fire in lower environment, so that we updated condition in rule and republised the code , rule is not firing but still data is lower environment data showing in the raw data.kindly share your thoughts.

and you are sure that Launch is the only place where that code exists? So often things like pixels get added in multiple locations.... double check the initiator in the network panel....
