Perl Business::SiteCatalyst library updated

Hi all. I've updated the Business::SiteCatalyst library to work with v1.4 of the Reporting API, and added a couple more calls ( get_metrics() and get_elements() ) and enhanced some error handling.

It's currently available in the repository https://github.com/dankasak/business-sitecatalyst which is a fork of the original library. I've submitted a pull request to the author.
