Paid search clicks to visits comparison

What would be a reason why the number of paid search click counts would be upwards of 80% different than adobe visit counts for some sites on a platform but only 20% different for other sites? is there a page load tool you recommend as part of the exploration?

I assume you are trying to compare something like the "clicks" from your paid search tool, and visits from the Adobe side...

Have you fully configured Adobe to properly recognize "paid search"?

Please check:

Admin > Report Suites > (select report suite) > Edit Settings > General > Paid Search Detection

Make sure that you properly configure all your paid search parameters here.

If this is set up, and set up properly, can you provide more information about what issues you are seeing?

Also note, if you are looking at Marketing Channels "Paid Search", the default attribution is 30 days (direct traffic does not overwrite a specific channel)... so if you are comparing clicks (which are hit level) to 30 Day attribution on visits, you really aren't comparing apples to apples.
