Orders Not Showing in Datawarehouse for app

We are using the latest library for IOS apps which use context data variables. Using processing rules, I am setting the event "Orders(purchase) to Custom Value 1" based on the page name and the existence of a context data variable. I know the processing rule is working correctly, as I am getting data showing in other eVars that I have set in the same rule, and I get a count or orders in both SiteCatalyst Reports, and Adhoc. The problem is, if I look at the hits from Data Warehouse, the Order variable is 0 for the hits. I have created a simple segment to show hits where Orders are greater than 0, and as expected, I get data back for Reports, and the same results in Adhoc, however, I do not get data back in Data Warehouse. Has anyone seen this before? How do I get the orders to show in Data Warehouse?
