Hi @peterd54639079,

We get the data for Adobe Campaign Executed Delivery ID from Adobe Campaign & all the other dimensions like Campaign ID & others are just classification of this variable. We generally receive two files from Campaign side i.e. Data Source file which defines the data for Campaign metrics in Analytics & a classification file which is used to further classify the Adobe Campaign Executed Delivery ID data to populate Campaign ID & other dimensions.

So, I will suggest you to please raise a ticket with Client Care team for further troubleshooting.

Hi @peterd54639079,

In Analytics, the data is sent from Adobe Campaign Standard via Data Source. In this process, the .tab file is placed in the Data Source account from the Campaign workflow. In Analytics, the data is sent to the dimension 'Adobe Campaign Executed Delivery ID'. Can you check if you are seeing any data in the dimension 'Adobe Campaign Executed Delivery ID' in the reports? If no, can you check if there are any logs for the data source similar to the name 'campaign_default_adbe_mkt_prod1'?

Hi @kainth

The 'Adobe Campaign Executed Delivery ID' dimension is the only Campaign dimension that I see data. The other dimension (Campaign ID, Delivery Label, etc.) are all under 'unspecified'.

I checked also the data sources logs but there are no log files.
