Seeing an instance of one AdobeID with multiple browsers in a 2 hour period - device info is not available - coming from 2 cities - looking for possible explanations

Thx

I've seen this as well, and the most common reasons are:

  1. Bots.
  2. There is no other common reason. 😉

If the browser remained the same but the users' country/city was changing, then the most common reasons would be:

  1. Legitimate users who are browsing with a VPN.
  2. Legitimate users whose ISPs rotate their IP addresses dynamically.
  3. Legitimate users on a mobile network who are on the move, so the IP address from their mobile network also changes.
  4. Bots.
