Not able to create and see new report suites

Hi,

Every time i am trying to create a new report suite, I am being taken to the 500 error page. I can't see that report suite in my account. Oddly, my colleague can see that report suite both the admin panel as well as Reporting interface. Please help with this.

I have tried signing in and out

I have also tried in another browser

Hi San,

It might be possible that you have been restricted access to specific group for your user id/account. Check with your admin user of Adobe analytics and loop this "All Report Access" group into your user id.

However, If the issue still persist then contact the support user and raise the ticket at customercare@adobe.com

Vijay's correct. This scenario can occur when you have permissions to access some admin elements (like creating report suites), but do not have full admin permissions within Adobe Analytics.

Working with your Analytics admin to ensure you have the right permissions to access newly created report suites is going to be your best bet here.
