New Analytics Health Dashboard--how do I select a login company?

I downloaded and authenticated the new 3.0 Analytics health dashboard, and am super excited to use it, but does anyone know how to select a login company? My org has multiple login companies, and the dashboard seems to select one at random every time I authenticate, and I can't find a way to select one. Is this possible?
