New AA User unable to login - Multiple Adobe Products

Does anyone know how to add a new user when they already have a registered account for Adobe Premiere?  We're trying to grant Adobe Analytics access to an employee who already had an Adobe account under his work e-mail for Adobe Premiere.

We have had him try to use the e-mail in a new browser, and he is still unable to login.

Any help?

If both products under the same company name, you should be able to add different Adobe product access in the same user account. If not using SSO login or the new admin tool, should go for individual product access in legacy admin settings using the same email.

If the Products are under same Company Name, admin can give access to anyone. If you are failing, I would recommend to connect with your Account Manager or Customer Care.

In the admin console, you should be able to add any product permissions to this user.
