Mobile Marketing "Read Only" as admin

I'm an admin, but when I go to report suite settings within the mobile marketing site, it says read only. Hovering over that message pops up the following: 

"You are seeing this page in Read Only mode as you are not an admin user."

Anyone know what the problem is?

Hi Landon,

This is happening cause you are not part of the Mobile App Admin group.

  • Login to SiteCat and go to Admin > User Management > Users
  • Search for your login account username and click on it
  • In the Access section you will two boxes with names of groups (pre-defined and custom made) 
  • Select and move Mobile App Admin to the right and save the changes

You should be set 🙂
