I'm an admin, but when I go to report suite settings within the mobile marketing site, it says read only. Hovering over that message pops up the following:
"You are seeing this page in Read Only mode as you are not an admin user."
Anyone know what the problem is?

Login to SiteCat and go to Admin > User Management > Users
Search for your login account username and click on it
In the Access section you will two boxes with names of groups (pre-defined and custom made)
Select and move Mobile App Admin to the right and save the changes
You should be set :)
