Mobile App- latitude and longitude in map report

Hi everyone,

I'm using Adobe Mobile Services to test sample app (download from app setting). There's some problem with map report.

Geo information did show in overview (location) report. However, latitude and longitude filed was null, and the launch metric didn't show in the map.

How can I solve the problem?
