Missing events data (configured in Product Syntax)

Hi There,

 

I have configured event to count products quantity in product syntax and validated the same in server call and image requests for both app and web. But the data is still missing, although the merchandising eVar is also configured and its data is fine. There are screenshots below for app and web calls validated:

Please  help me to understand why is this happening.

Please make sure you are passing the same event119 in s.events as well. Passing it only with product syntax won't make it work.

It should be like:
s.event = "event119"
s.product = '";;;;event119=1"

Hi @rocky4025025,

I have reviewed the screenshots which you have shared & the product string passed in case of an app seems fine to me but the screenshot for the web is missing the eVar in the product string.

I will suggest you to please report this issue to the Client Care team. So, that we can look into this behavior.

Well this is the thing which we are not getting for the web that is why eVar is missing there. 🙂

This is fine for web, but can you suggest what can be done for the app ?
