Has anyone seen mcvisid with all zeros eg (00000000000000000000000000000000000000) and know what the issue may be or how to debug the cause?

Many thanks

Matt

Hi Matt,

I suppose you are noticing these values in raw data/data feed. If yes, such values can be expected for BOT Hits, which can be ignored.

However, if you are able to see it in live server calls while debugging (as suggested by Pratheep), please share the public facing URL so that we can check on the same.

Dear Mat,

Do you have any public URL where we can see the scenario?

Also, have you implemented Marketing Cloud ID through DTM?

Thank You!

Arun

Hi Arun and Abhijeet.

Thanks for the advice. We're using a DTM but through Tealium, not Adobe. We've done a few more tests and yes, it's looking like bot traffic.

Many thanks for pointing us in the right direction.
