Marketo landing page flash issue due to Adobe Launch script

Hi All,

 

We are facing the flash issue on our Marketo landing page due to Adobe Launch script. Our IT team investigated and found that there is jQuery error in code.

 

Has anyone faced the same issue? If yes, can you share the solution to fix it?

We had page flickering issue on our website and it is caused by Target at.js. Target documentation provided code snippet to prevent the page flickering. It's fixed our issue. Look in launch documentation for fix.

Adobe Launch doesn't use jQuery, if the issue is a problem between your site's jQuery and Launch scripts, that would need to be debugged by your development team.

 

For what its worth, I have used Launch on jQuery sites without issue.. so the problem isn't a tech incompatibility per se... but something specific to your site...
