Manual Data Entry for Phone Inquiries

If my Adobe implementation is missing a key piece of data, say number of phone inquiries each day, and I'd like to include that metric in a dashboard to compare against behavior on my website, is there a way to enter a value manually each day and have the dashboard roll it up by dates as needed and present it on my dashboard?
