Managing Permissions for API Integrations

Is it possible to manage permissions for API Integrations (Analytics 1.4, Legacy OAuth Applications)? For example, user-scoped permissions for front-end can be managed in the Admin Console, specifically for Report Suites, Metrics, Dimensions, etc.

I am familiar with the workflow to manage Analytics API 2.0 integrations, however, this type of authentication is not managed in Adobe I/O. Instead, this is configured from from the Analytics menu: 'Admin' > 'User Management (Legacy)' > 'Legacy OAuth Applications'.
