Lost Chat feature from Customer Care option

I used to use the Chat feature to have a quick discuss with Adobe Support team. My favorite feature!

Today, I found that I no longer have that feature. Does anybody know if Chat with Adobe Support Team is still available? if so, how can I get it back?

Hi @nxpba ,

 

There's an ongoing issue pertaining to the access with the Customer Care portal from the Analytics UI and the Engineering Team is looking into it. You may want to raise a ticket with Adobe Client Care for further tracking and progress.
