@Samiksha_Patil  Firstly can you please check if the user's id is Adobe ID or Federated ID ? If it is Adobe ID than the user needs to select the Personal Account option while logging in and if it is Federated ID than use School Account option.

If above step is being done as said than please tell us if the user is newly created in the organization. If that's the case than please raise a ticket with client care team.
