Labeling not capturing all ID

Hi,

We had created labels for ids in adobe analytics, however, the same ids are also showing up under 'unspecified'.  Anyone know why that might be the case.

Thanks

Are you looking at historical data (yesterday, a week ago, etc)? Or "live" data? Classification Rules process every 4-6 hours, so you could end up seeing a lot of "unspecified" until the the rules are actually processed....

Hi @SCB ,
Can you please elaborate more on the issue? How did you create these labels?

We used SAINT method to add readable names for the custom evar.  For example, we used 123 as home.  For some reason, we see that the same 123 is not showing up under the label 'home', but as unspecified.

Hope this helps

Thanks
