Issue with Adobe Analytics APIs Implementation: Evars and Props Not Populating

Hello everyone,


We are currently facing an issue with our implementation of Adobe Analytics APIs for making server-side calls. We have followed the POST method for this implementation and are passing both OOTB (Out of the Box) values and custom values such as evars and props.

While we are able to successfully retrieve OOTB values like page name and others, we are encountering difficulties with evars and props as they remain unspecified.

Has anyone else encountered a similar issue during their implementation? If so, could you kindly share your insights or solutions?

Your immediate assistance would be greatly appreciated as we work to resolve this issue promptly.

Do you have logs or response of that Server Side calls?

 

It will be better if you can share the screenshot.
