Iphones / Ipads in Device name report

I noticed that now in the device name report some Iphones show up with their version number. Previously this was not possible because it was not part of user agent string information. Has this been changed? Since when? I still get many times the entries "Apple Iphone" and sometimes the model name "Apple iPhone 6S Plus".
