Integrating Adobe Analytics with Power BI

Hi all! I'm facing an issue when trying to integrate my data with PowerBi. After selecting get data, I'm able to see the various folders within Adobe analytics but on preview or trying to load the data, I'm faced with the error:

DataSource.Error: You do not have privileges to perform this operation.

DataSourceKind=AdobeAnalytics
DataSourcePath=AdobeAnalytics

I've already approached the IT support from my company and they mentioned that they've granted me access to the backend. Could this be an issue with my account not having the permissions? If so where can I enable permissions for the integration? I do have access to some settings in the admin console. Thank you!

Hi @tanyatan ,

Based on my understanding to be able to integrate Analytics with Power BI the user needs Access to Analytics via the Experience Cloud & if the user I a non- admin then he/she will require the access to "Web Services Access group" as well. For more information on how to integrate Analytics with Power Bi you can refer to the below link.

In order to access Analytics within Power BI, you need to have access to Reports & Analytics and Web services group inside admin console. Also, your email address should be linked with Adobe Anlaytics, Experience Cloud and Power BI.
