I want to prevent login from an external IP address

I want to prevent login from an external IP address, but I cannot use Federated ID because it is difficult to introduce SSO.
Is there any other way to control IP?

I hope that IP control, which was previously available, will be restored.

If you cant enable Federated ID then you will have to restrict the user at User Level. If an older account is the problem and you cant guarantee the user(s) are accessing from a specific IP. I would kill the users transfer report s etc to a new account and make the proper user(s) use new login.
