Hi @AparnaRa1m,

Have you tried checking multiple time periods? Results only appear in Adobe if they are interacted with by people on the site. For example, if your website has 5 pages, but people only ever look at 3 pages, when you go into workspace and look at pages, it will look like your site only has 3 pages.

So my suggestion would be to check other time periods to see if it simply doesn't have any views. You can also check in the debugger to make sure that analytics calls are firing and that they are going to the right report suite.

Another possibility: did you test that page with the cloud debugger to be sure that tracking is actually working? It's possible that one page has JS errors that could be breaking the tracking.

Questions without any context nor supporting information make troubleshooting difficult to perform.

  • What dimension are you using to report your URLs? By default, AA doesn't expose any page URLs in any report/visualisation.
  • If the "missing" page URLs are for new pages, then what date range are you using in your report?
  • Could the URL that you know be actually a redirect to another actual URL that is tracked?
