@Luca_Lattarini Try to create segments for these kind of scenarios, where you can include these conditions and apply to get the reporting visualization

@Luca_Lattarini  Can you please provide more details to your query?

Are you trying to look for visitors who have come to your website directly rather than from a search engine - google?

Hello @VaniBhemarasetty ,

Yes understand the traffic from external portals and google with the final step of my funnel(click button).

In addition, I have a question: what if customer lands on my portal from external and does not complete the funnel. After 10 minutes from the same browser, customer  goes to google and land on my portal and complete the funnel. How can i differentiate these two flows by having same session?

Thanks,

Luca

@Luca_Lattarini setting up Marketing channel processing rules should help you in identifying your visitor's journey, who are coming to your portal from different sources.

Here is the documentation which helps you how to set processing rules for different possible scenarios from where the visitors can come to the website

Marketing Channels should be able to help you with this, assuming that you have set it up nicely.

Since you know that you have traffic coming from External Portal, I assume that you also have a Marketing Channel for that "External Portal" only. Otherwise, all of the traffic from External Portal would be lumped under the "Referral" channel.

Then, in your report, you can breakdown your traffic by Marketing Channels. You can then report on Natural Search vs External Portal traffic and conversions.
