Go to Components > Alerts.

 

It's quite straightforward once your are there.

Traffic can be monitored and alerts can be setup using Intelligent Alerts: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/analyze/analysis-workspace/virtual-analyst/intelligent-alerts/intellligent-alerts.html?lang=en.

 

Like if Page Views decreased by 5% (hourly or daily), trigger an alert.
