How to get/export every touchpoint of every user journey?

While I understand there are "first touch" and "last touch" dimensions, as well as "attribution" reporting, my team and I are trying to figure out a way to get the raw user journey data. We'd like to do some analysis a bit deeper than what Adobe Analytics offers natively. I've attached a screenshot containing an example of what we're trying to export (we'd have some more columns, but this is the general idea).

We'd like to be able to see all of the touchpoints (including middle, not just first and last) and the referrer data (channel and URL,etc.) for every consumer journey (ultimately leading to a conversion or not).

Is this possible, and how would we go about retrieving this data?

if you export using the Data Feeds, you would have full access to the data to pull theses values.

Or you could apply a custom attribution using "Participation" model?
