Hi,

 

Is there any way we can extract data for tracking codes broken down by date?

You can drag and drop Day dimension from left rail to to one of the tracking code items or use Data Warehouse report with Daily granularity. See below.

You can extract Tracking codes via Data Warehouse with Daily granularity and 'Campaign views' metric. Campaign views is the DW equivalent of 'Tracking code instances'.
