How to enable Lifecycle Reports in Adobe Mobile services?

How can I enable Lifecycle Reports in Adobe Mobile Services? (image down below)

I checked the following site (https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/analytics/admin/admin-tools/mobile-management.html)to enable the lifecycle; however, I could not find mobile management > Mobile Reporting.

When I opened the edit, I do not have mobile management option.
