How to create custom dashboard folder?

I've been looking everywhere that makes sense to me and nowhere has the option to create a custom dashboard folder. Is this just not possible?

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to create dashboard folders. However there is currently an Ideas Exchange thread for it:

I would highly recommend voting for it there and encouraging those you know that use Analytics to do the same.
