how do I view file online after I have downloaded Adobe

I need to know how to access a file online after downloading Adobe, it keeps taking me back to redown instead of allowing me access the file I want to see.

It sounds like you might be using an Adobe Creative or Document Cloud product. You may have better luck posting over on community.adobe.com
