How do I know if I have cleared the exam

How do I know if I have cleared the exam which I wrote 24 hours back? After the completion of the exam, I got a message saying, "Congratulations, you are provisionally .....". What does this mean?

It took about a week for me to receive the email notification that my badge and certificate were ready.

Be patient.

Most likely, you have cleared the exam. This means that your test will be reviewed and confirmed. If you are successful, you will receive a completion certificate in the dashboard. For any issues, write in to certif@adobe.com.
