Is it possible to combine rows?

I have 3 rows I'd like to combine as they relate to the same thing but from different pages.

For Example

XXX:payment:buy

XXX:payment:confirm

XXX:payment:thanks

I want to be able to combine all these pages so there 'Visits' data shows as one.

How can this be done please?

Create a segment with these three urls if there are only three. Else create segment as pages contains xxx(common part of all the urls) the apply it with visit as metric.
