How Can to use Adobe ID Sync Service

How to use  Adobe ID Sync Service? Available document is not enough to development it.

MCID value varies per platform, and it is difficult to connect the same user across different platforms.

To address the issue, i want to use highlander ID which has the same value across different platforms for the same user. For that I have to use Adobe ID sync Service.

I have already read these documents & Still don't have idea to implement it.

    Hi Sanjay, I'd actually recommend holding off doing any sort of complex cross-device implementation right now. Adobe is currently working on a feature called customer journey analytics, and will be the cross-device standard moving forward. I don't have a guaranteed time frame on when it will be released, but hopefully sometime later this year.
