How can I share a private folder with other team colleagues?
How can I share my private folder with other team colleagues, so they can also use it?

You can't share your personal folder to other users. But there is an option of Company Folder which can be created by admin, and it will be accessed by all users. Move your projects from your personal folder to company folder then the remaining users cal also access those projects.
