Historical data feed jobs

Hello there,
I'm trying to export historical data via data feed from one of report suite which is older than 37 months.

I'm getting this error

"The Data Feed Can't go back further than the farthest back start date or 37 months"
I'm not able to find any place "back start date"  anywhere in configurations.
How can this be done?

Adobe only retains data based on your contract. Long running clients have 37 months of data, newer contracts usually have 25 months... some companies may pay extra money to have a longer retention.

If you are on the 37 month contract, all the data older than that has been deleted. You cannot export what no longer exists.

This isn't something you can change... that is a setting that Adobe sets for your Org based on your contract.

Thank you for your response.
I'm able to create reports on workspace for time period prior to 37 months.
looks like the data is still there.
is my understanding correct here??

Hmm ok, most people don't have old data like that.. any idea what your retention period is? It's possible that this is a bug in Adobe.. most clients don't have old data like that, so maybe they made applied constraints on the Data Feeds without actually checking the account's retention period?

You may have to talk to Client Care about this one....
