Help > Customer Care link does not work

Hi there

I've tried clicking the Customer Care Link from the Help menu and this just reopens the site in a new tab. (I've tried FireFox and Chrome)

My colleague is however able to access this.

How can this be resolved?

Could you please confirm me if you are a supported user of your company? Because only supported users can access the CustomerCare portal.
