Hello--
We find a huge traffic coming from haosou.com ( asian search engine) in our First Touch Channel / Referring Domains.
@Adobe, Have you define haosou.com as search Engine, or we must create a specific marketing Channel rules with haosou.com as Natual Search engine ?
Best Regards

Hi Daniel,
Yes, haosou.com (or so.com for short) is listed among Adobe's recognized search engines. Keep in mind that in order for it to qualify as a search engine, not only must it match a recognized search engine domain, but it also must contain a keyword query string parameter. I'd recommend looking at the specific URL's these haosou referrals are coming from to see if they have the ?q= keyword query string parameter.

Hi @Gigazelle --
Thank you for your reply. Our problem come from a basic issue. A bad Tracking Code uses for the SEA, and not define on the marketing Channel Rules.
have a Nice Day.

Haosou.com (formerly known as 360 Search) is a Chinese search engine, and in Adobe Analytics, it might not always be classified automatically as a Natural Search Engine. If you're seeing traffic from Haosou.com in your First Touch Channel / Referring Domains, it means Adobe Analytics is treating it as a referring domain rather than a search engine.
Check Adobe's Predefined Search Engine List
Adobe maintains a predefined list of recognized search engines. You can verify if Haosou.com is included by checking Admin > Report Suites > Edit Settings > General > Search Engines.
Manually Add Haosou.com as a Search Engine
If Haosou.com is missing from Adobe's list, you can create a Custom Marketing Channel Processing Rule to classify traffic from Haosou.com as Natural Search instead of a Referrer.
Navigate to Admin > Marketing Channels > Processing Rules and create a rule like:
Condition: If Referring Domain contains "haosou.com"
Action: Set Channel as Natural Search
Attribution: Assign proper credit based on your model.
Verify and Monitor Traffic
After implementing the rule, track Haosou.com’s impact under your Search Engine Reports to ensure proper attribution.
