Getting Failed Load Page

Receiving below error when I log in: 

 

The page isn't loading correctly. Please check your login and try again. If you continue to get this message, contact customer care and reference: EIM Instance Id 4dc68cd0-1d5b-11ec-bb61-eb1f49022829

@aomara290 Firstly can you please check if the id is Adobe ID or Federated ID ? If it is Adobe ID than you  need to select the Personal Account option while logging in and if it is Federated ID than use School Account option.

If above step is being done as said than please tell us if your id is newly created in the organization. If that's the case than please raise a ticket with client care team.
