Getting a List of Vista Rules

Is there a self-serve way to get a list of Vista rules for an Adobe account?

In the past I have gone through our account manager (who needs to find the right Adobe dev guy) to get our list of Vista rules, active and non-active, by report suite. It would be easier on all concerned if I could pull the list myself.

I am unaware of any place to see these... Since Vista Rules can only be applied by an Adobe Engineer, and are pretty deeply embedded in the processing flow... I've never heard or seen any sort of interface to review them....

That would be a cool feature however... how many companies have completely forgotten what VISTA rules they have in place and then cannot understand the resulting data...

I understand not having edit rights, but being able to see (even at a high level) what rules are in place and what they are doing would not only be beneficial to users, but to the Adobe team themselves not having to support requests to get that list for people.
