Flow report vs Fallout

Hi! How come I have different results when I build a segment from a fallout with Visit level and next hit comparing with a segment from flow report at visit level and next hit as well. Which one is more correct?

I attach both scenarios. The number of visits who passes from one step to the other successfully, and both are created from right-click bottom over the graph itself, the first one comes from fallout visualization:

The second one from a flow report (create segment from selection as well)

Both are visits metric.

Your segment should be like this, replace example pages with your page names

In your segment change Then within 1 page name with Then within 1 Hit. You can alternatively right click on fallout page steps bar chart to create a segment for each step to validate it.

Your segment should be like this, replace example pages with your page names
